Proposal
We prepare a concrete proposal: species, sites, water approach, timeline, per-stage monitoring plan and budget in USD or EUR.
Agreement and funding
Funding follows a documented manual workflow: invoice, bank transfer, payment evidence and written confirmation — no hidden steps.
Nursery preparation
Trees for the project are raised or selected in the Herat nursery and prepared for the planting season.
Delivery and planting
Trees are delivered and planted with the farmers and communities who will care for them, with training and support.
Monitoring and reporting
Field officers document deliveries, plantings, survival assessments and replacements. Partners follow verified per-stage figures and receive reports.
