Farmers first
Farmer Support
Trees only become livelihoods when farmers succeed with them. Support and training are part of every project.
Working with farmer groups
We work with farmers and community groups from site selection onwards, so ownership is clear from day one.
Training and aftercare
Planting, pruning, irrigation and seasonal care — practical training on the farmer's own land, in the local language.
Replacement and follow-up
Trees that do not survive are assessed and, within the project's documented terms, replaced — and recorded as replacements, never hidden.
Respecting privacy and safety
Farmer identities and household details are protected. Public reporting never exposes precise locations or personal information.
