Rooted in Herat
From nursery to lasting livelihoods.
Our work starts in the nursery: locally suited fruit and shade trees, raised under Herat conditions so they are ready for the orchards, farms and hillsides they will grow on. From there we work directly with farmers and communities — selecting sites, preparing soil and water, planting, and supporting the trees through their first seasons.
For NGOs, foundations, companies and international organizations we act as an implementation partner: we turn funding into planted, monitored, reported orchards. Partners receive documentation of what actually happened in the field — deliveries, plantings and survival assessments — rather than projections.
The company is being established under its final public name. Until that is confirmed, this site uses placeholder identity details; everything described here reflects the services we are building.
Nursery to lasting livelihoods
Raised in the nursery
Every project's trees start in our Herat nursery, raised under the same climate they will live in.
Planted with farmers
Trees are delivered and planted with the farmers and communities who own the land — with training and support along the way.
Followed for seasons
Field officers document delivery, planting and survival, so partners see verified progress over years — not photos from one day.
How we work
Locally owned and led
Decisions are made in Herat by people who know the land, the water and the communities.
Implementation partner
We carry projects from nursery to orchard ourselves — with our own nursery, field staff and local relationships.
Honest by design
We report what we verify in the field, per lifecycle stage. No blended totals, no unverifiable claims.
